Refund policy
All sales are final. Please review the details below carefully before placing your order.
1. Sizing Disclaimer
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. To help you choose the right fit before you buy, we provide detailed size charts, model measurements, and fit guidance on all product pages — please review these before placing your order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Productofchristt@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will issue either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a replacement or refund due to a defective or incorrect item, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and packaging intact and undamaged
Any item returned without meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to assess the condition of all claims and determine final eligibility.
4. Return & Exchange Processing Fee
A $15 processing fee applies to all approved returns or exchanges to cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund or charged prior to an exchange being shipped.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary based on location and courier. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
6. Sale & Promotional Period Items
All items purchased during sales, promotions, or discount periods are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds apply to sale items, regardless of condition. Defective item protections under Section 2 still apply.
7. International Orders
All international orders are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for international purchases, with the exception of verified defective or incorrect items (see Section 2).
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase at no charge. Cancellations requested after 48 hours will incur a 35% fee to cover admin, processing, and production costs already incurred. No cancellations will be accepted once an order has shipped or is pending shipment.
9. Lost or Stolen Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, but we genuinely care about our customers and will assist where possible.
If your parcel is lost or marked as delivered but not received, email Productofchristt@gmail.com with your order number and we will help investigate with the courier. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost or stolen, we are unable to offer free replacements or refunds, but may offer a one-time reshipment at a discounted rate as a goodwill gesture.
10. Chargebacks
Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback — including disputing a charge for an order that was delivered as described — is a violation of this policy. We track and respond to all chargeback claims with order, shipping, and communication records. Customers found to have filed a false chargeback will be denied future service and reported to the relevant payment processor.

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage
