Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping policy below. Note that some items are Premade or Preorders. Please check the product description to confirm which applies before purchasing.

Premade Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Pre-Order Items: Orders are processed within 2–4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).
International Orders: Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks (may vary). Please note we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. We cannot offer refunds for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
Lost Packages: Once your order is handed off to UPS, USPS, or another carrier, we are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to help recover your package.
